My work, primarily landscapes in oil, could be termed
modernest or colorist in its representations of plein air landscapes that are both colorful and painterly. Usage of both
palette knife and impasto brushwork lends itself to impressionistic takes with a modern twist. The work is lively and
invites the viewer to participate in its bold expression evoking an emotional response to the beauty and ecological
