Lisa Washburn's Art Studio
Lisa has been painting and
drawing wildflowers and natural landscapes since she was a
child. She has extensive journals of artwork beginning when
her father taught at climbing at Outward Bound in Oregon and
her family lived in a cabin tent in the woods during the
summer months. Her work is greatly influenced by her native
state of Idaho, where she also enjoys painting historic
scenes from the mining towns of Northern Idaho's Silver
Valley. Media includes watercolor, which she has sold at
Northwest Showcase in Moscow, Idaho, acrylics and oils.
Lisa's work also includes a
clothing, jewelry, and home interior line, which feature
items made from vintage textiles, buttons, and jewelry
findings.
